Fort Lauderdale, FL – December 31, 2010 – Precision Medical Devices, Inc. is pleased to announce the Company’s fourth appointment to its Medical Scientific Board (MSB), Dr. Jay Bishoff.

Jay Bishoff, M.D.

Dr. Bishoff is a nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive surgeries. He obtained his M.D. degree from the Uniformed Services University of The Health Sciences – Bethesda, in Doctor of Medicine in 1991, and went on to complete his internship in general surgery and residency training in urology at the Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base from 1991 to 1997. He then completed a fellowship in urology at Johns Hopkins Medical Center – Brady Urologic Institute (Baltimore) in 1998. Dr. Bishoff is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Urological Association and Endourological Society. He is currently the Director of the Intermountain Urological Institute and is also a member of the Huntsman-Intermountain Cancer Care Program. Additionally, Dr. Bishoff has advanced, fellowship training in the latest minimally invasive techniques, including robotics, laparoscopy, cryotherapy and radio frequency ablation, and kidney stones. He has authored four books and is a contributing author of 25 book chapters and over 110 articles.

Dr. Bishoff has exceptional credentials, and will become a tremendous asset for the Company as we continue our efforts, going forward.
